Filling in the registration form implies the acceptance of the conditions and the recognition that said data is yours and correct. 

EDONORA sneaker store undertakes not to share your data with third parties for other commercial purposes. 

Our system makes use of cookies when you connect to our site to collect anonymous analytical data such as the frequency of users of our website and user number. Most browsers are configured to automatically accept cookies. However, you can disable the storage of cookies or configure your browser to notify you before accepting cookies. • 2. Payment methods
 
• You can make the payment with credit or debit card, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, VISA AND VISA ELECTRON, or through PayPal. 

EDONORA sneaker store will not apply an additional charge in any case. 

When making the payment with a CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD, you will be redirected to the La Caixa payment gateway. To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, your credit card details will be encrypted. No credit card information will be stored on our servers, thus guaranteeing 100% secure payment. 

By making the payment this way, you are confirming that the credit card is yours. 

Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by their issuing entity, so if said entity does not authorize payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery. 

If you choose to make the payment with PAYPAL, the charge will be made when we confirm the order. To use this mode of payment, you need to have a PayPal account, linked to your credit or debit card. 


 
• 3. Shipping Terms and Costs 

• The prices on the website include VAT, but exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount according to the shipping address.

We ship worldwide. If you have a problem in selecting your destination country, please contact us and we will try to solve it.

The following are the usual shipping costs and times after order confirmation:


- SPAIN (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and PORTUGAL: Free shipping and in 24h / 48h, that is, the next business day. 

- CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA and MELILLA: Shipping 9 EUROS and in 24h / 48h working hours.

- EUROPE Region 1: Shipping 15 EUROS and estimated time of 3 to 5 working days.
Countries included: GERMANY, ANDORRA, AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, DENMARK, FRANCE, HOLLAND, ITALY, LUXEMBOURG, UNITED KINGDOM. 

- EUROPE Region 2: Shipping 25 EUROS and estimated time of 5 to 10 working days Countries included: BULGARIA, CYPRUS, CROATIA, SLOVAKIA, SLOVENIA, ESTONIA, FINLAND, GREECE, HUNGARY, IRELAND, LATVIA, LITHUANIA, MALTA, NORWAY, POLAND , CZECH REPUBLIC, ROMANIA, SWEDEN, SWITZERLAND, TURKEY.

- USA and CANADA: Shipping 80 EUROS and estimated time of 7 to 20 working days.

- ASIA: Shipping 100 EUROS and estimated time of 7 to 20 working days.
Countries included: AUSTRALIA, PHILIPPINES, HONG KONG, INDIA, JAPAN, MALAYSIA, NEW ZEALAND, SINGAPORE, THAILAND, TAIWAN.

- LATIN AMERICA: Shipping 80 EUROS and estimated time of 7 to 20 working days.
Countries included: BRAZIL, CHILE, COSTA RICA, ECUADOR, EL SALVADOR, GUATEMALA, HONDURAS, MEXICO, NICARAGUA, PANAMA, PERU, PARAGUAY, PUERTO RICO, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, URUGUAY, VENEZUELA.

- RUSSIA and OTHER DESTINATIONS: Shipping 80 EUROS and estimated time of 7 to 20 working days.


Please note in any case that we do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Remember that orders received after 12:00 AM will be processed the next business day. 

If you wish, you can leave us a comment when placing the order indicating the time that best suits you for it to be delivered, and we will do our best to do so. 

We ship worldwide. If you have a problem in selecting your destination country, please contact us and we will try to solve it.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE EU (EUROPEAN UNION):

Deliveries to non-EU countries may be subject to additional obligations, taxes and charges, which will be borne exclusively by the customer. Please check with your local office for the applicable regulations.

VAT will not be deducted from international orders. 


 
• 4. Delivery 

• After making the purchase, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order ("ORDER CONFIRMATION"). Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. 

All orders are subject to our acceptance and we will confirm such acceptance by sending you an email in which we confirm that the product is being shipped ("SHIPPING CONFIRMATION"). 

If any product of your order could not be accepted and served due to stock problems and a charge has already been made to your account, the amount of the same will be refunded in full, and we will notify you of this. The refund of the amount will be made in the same way that the payment was made. If for any reason this is not possible, we will contact the client to do it in the most convenient way.

It will be understood that the product / s have been "delivered" at the time of signing the receipt at the agreed delivery address. 

If during delivery to the final destination no response is obtained, delivery or notices are not attended, no change of address or delivery address has been communicated, subsequent postage or surcharges will always be borne by the customer. 

If at the time of receipt of the order any anomaly is observed in the shipment (relative to the state of the merchandise, the packaging, number of packages or any other information), it is necessary to indicate this on the delivery note that is signed to the carrier. Once this is done, you must communicate this incident by phone or email to EDONORA sneaker store within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt of the material, in order to be able to act if necessary. 

If you refuse to receive the package upon delivery, for example due to tax charges or other reasons, you will not receive a full refund of your order. The cost incurred in transport plus an administrative fee of 10% of the total amount of the order or up to 30 EUROS will be deducted from the refund. 


 
• 5. Changes and Returns 
 
• EDONORA sneaker store allows the return of any product within a MAXIMUM TERM OF 30 CALENDAR DAYS from receipt of the order. After this period, the products will be considered as compliant and accepted by the Customer without any possible claim. 

To be accepted the return, the product must be in the same state in which it was delivered, in its original packaging or box, without having been used or modified. 

THE RETURN IS FREE, although the customer will take care of the transport for the return. 

In the event that the client chooses Correos to make his return, it is recommended to do so by certified mail, because by ordinary mail it would be impossible to locate and follow up in case of loss, not making us responsible for this alleged loss. 

It will be necessary to notify the return of the merchandise, preferably by email to info@edonora.com, indicating the order number, customer data, reference of the product to be returned, number of units whose return is requested and the reason for the return. 

The refund of the amount will be made in the same way that the payment was made. If for any reason this is not possible, we will contact the client to do it in the most convenient way. 

If what you want to do is an EXCHANGE, it is recommended to make a return and a new order in parallel.
