  • You will be able to make the payment by Credit or Debit Card, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, VISA, VISA ELECTRON, or PayPal.

    EDONORA sneaker store does not charge any fees when you use any of them.



    If you choose the CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD payment method, you will be redirect to the La Caixa Payment Gateway. We don´t save any data of your card, in order to garanty 100% secure payment. When choosing this payment method, you are confirming that the credit card is yours.

    Credit cards are subject to validation checks and authorization by its issuing entity, but if that entity does not authorize payment we are not responsible for any delay or failure to deliver.

    If your payment method is PAYPAL, the charge will be made at the time that the order is confirmed. To use this payment method you need to have an PayPal account, linked to your credit card or debit card.


     

  • 3. Shipping Terms and Costs


  • The prices in the web page include VAT, but exclude the delivery charge, which will be added to the total cost according to the shipping address.

    We ship worldwide. If you have any problems in the selection of your destination country, please contact us and we will try to manage it as soon as possible.

    The usual costs and shipping times from the Order Confirmation are listed below:


    - SPAIN (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and PORTUGAL: Free shipping and within 24 hours on weekdays.

    - CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA: Shipping costs 9 EUROS and within 24 to 48 hours on weekdays.

    - EUROPE Region 1: Shipping costs 15 EUROS and between 3 to 5 weekdays.

    Included countries: ANDORRA, AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, DENMARK, FRANCE, GERMANY, ITALY, LUXEMBOURG, NETHERLANDS, UNITED KINGDOM.

    - EUROPE Region 2: Shipping costs 25 EUROS and between 5 to 10 weekdays.

    Included countries: BULGARIA, CROATIA, CYPRUS, CZECH REPUBLIC, ESTONIA, FINLAND, GREECE, HUNGARY, IRELAND, LATVIA, LITHUANIA, MALTA, NORWAY, POLAND, ROMANIA, SLOVAKIA, SLOVENIA, SWEDEN, SWITZERLAND, TURKEY.

    - USA and CANADA: Shipping costs 80 EUROS and between 7 to 20 weekdays.

    - ASIA: Shipping costs 100 EUROS and between 7 to 20 weekdays.

    Included countries: AUSTRALIA, FILIPINAS, HONG KONG, INDIA, JAPAN, MALASIA, NEW ZEALAND, SINGAPORE, TAILANDIA, TAIWAN.

    - AMÉRICA LATINA: Shipping costs 80 EUROS and between 7 to 20 weekdays.

    Included countries: BRAZIL, CHILE, COSTA RICA, ECUADOR, EL SALVADOR, GUATEMALA, HONDURAS, MEXICO, NICARAGUA, PANAMA, PERU, PARAGUAY, PUERTO RICO,DOMINICAN REP., URUGUAY, VENEZUELA.

    - RUSSIA and OTHER DESTINATIONS: Shipping costs 80 EUROS and between 7 to 20 weekdays.


    Please, keep in mind that we do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays.

    Remember that orders received after 12:00 AM will be handled the next working day.

    If you want, you can leave us a comment when ordering indicating your most convenient delivery schedule, and we will try to do so.

    We ship Worldwide. If you have any problems in the selection of your destination country , please contact us and we will try to manage it as soon as possible.

    EXTRA FEE FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF EU (European Union):

    Please note that in some cases you might be subjected to customs, import taxes or brokerage fee for which we are not responsible. Please check with your local customs office for your local rules and regulations.

    We don´t deduct VAT for international orders.


     

  • 4. Delivery


  • After completing your order, you will receive an email confirming the reception of the order ("ORDER CONFIRMATION"). Please, keep in mind that this does not constitute an acceptance of the order.

    All orders are subject to our approval and we will confirm such acceptance by sending an email with the confirmation that the product is being sent ("SHIPPING CONFIRMATION").

    If there is any non acepted product due to stock problems, we will reimburse the quantity that you had been previously paid, and we will inform you of that. The payment will return in the same way in which the payment was made. If it would not be posible, we will contact the customer to do it in the most convenient way.

    It is understood that the product/s have been "delivered" at the moment a signature is obtained at the reception at the conveined delivery address.

    If during delivery at the final destination no response was obtained, not attend to the delivery or warnings, had not reported a change of address or delivery address, delivery fees or surcharges subsequent will always paid by the customer.

    If any abnormality is observed on delivering (concerning the status of the goods, packaging , number of packages or any other information), it is necessary to indicate it to the carrier on the delivery note. Once done, you should inform the incident by phone or email to EDONORA sneaker store a maximum of 24 hours from receipt of the order, in order to be able to act if necessary.

    If you refuse the package when it arrives due to, for example, added customs fee, you will not get a full refund for your order. Instead you will be charged with the costs of the shipping fees, and also with an administrative fee of 10% of the order value or at least 30 EURO.


     

  • 5. Changes and Returns


  • EDONORA sneaker store can return any product within a MAXIMUM PERIOD OF 30 CALENDAR DAYS from receipt of order. After this period, the product will be considered as accepted by the customer.

    The return of the product will be accepted only if the product is returned without unsealing and in the same condition in which it was delivered, ie in their original packaging and box, without being washed or used without modification by the customer.

    RETURN SHIPPING IS FREE, but the customer will pay for return transportation .

    Should the customer choose to make his return with Official Post, it is recommended to be carried out by certified mail, because regular mail would be impossible to locate and track if lost, not be held responsible for this alleged error.

    It will be necessary to report the return of the goods, preferably by email to info@edonora.com. The exercise should include the following information: number of purchase order, customer name, reference product, number of units for which a refund is sought and statement of the reasons for return.

    The payments will return in the same way in which the payment was made. If it would not be posible, we will contact the customer to do it in the most convenient way.
