CHANGES AND RETURNS

 

 
  • EDONORA sneaker store can return any product within a MAXIMUM PERIOD OF 30 CALENDAR DAYS from receipt of order. After this period, the product will be considered as accepted by the customer.

    The return of the product will be accepted only if the product is returned without unsealing and in the same condition in which it was delivered, ie in their original packaging and box, without being washed or used without modification by the customer.

    If that is ok, the value of the product/s will be refunded. The possible shipping costs does not be refunded.

    The customer will pay for return transportation.

    Should the customer choose to make his return with Official Post, it is recommended to be carried out by certified mail, because regular mail would be impossible to locate and track if lost, not be held responsible for this alleged error.

    It will be necessary to report the return of the goods, preferably by email to info@edonora.com. The exercise should include the following information: number of purchase order , customer name, reference product, number of units for which a refund is sought and statement of the reasons for return.

    The payment will return in the same way in which the payment was made. If it would not be posible, we will contact the customer to do it in the most convenient way.

    If you want to make a CHANGE, we recommended doing a return and a new purchase.
